GENERAL BASIN INFORMATION
All basins and vessels are tapered for the drain.
There are no overflows on the basins / vessels.
All vessels, basins and tiles are made of solid everdur bronze, white bronze, red bronze or aluminum.
All basins have an actual 1.5” drain opening.

IRREGULARITIES of BRONZE
The dynamics of bronze formations results in differences from one piece to the next. This is a natural process of bronze which is a “living finish” and contributes to the uniqueness of our products. Some expected differences include but are not limited to the following conditions:
* Sizes and weights are approximate.
* Slight color, speckling or other perceived anomalies may appear.
* Variations in the product displayed / cataloged and the product actually shipped. These unique characteristics are a natural process and in no way compromise the integrity of Ann Norman products Because of the above listed irregularities is why Ann Norman pours and casts all orders for each specific project / order at the same time. Pouring / casting at the same time creates as much consistency in a “living finish” as possible.
PRODUCT CARE and MAINTENANCE
Ann Norman solid bronze hardware is an investment that will offer many years of luxury and beauty.
All though Ann Norman solid bronze basins and vessels are coated and sealed, this will not stop the natural oxidation process that occurs in bronze. It will slow down the process. It will not stop it.
Ann Norman Tiles are coated and sealed per customer request.
Here are a few simple guidelines that will help maintain the natural beauty of bronze.
Routine maintenance is as simple as rinsing with clean water and drying with a soft cloth. If necessary, clean surface as needed with a few drops of neutral cleanser. Too much cleanser or soap may leave a film and cause streaks. Do not use products such as tile and tub cleansers that contain lemon, vinegar or other acids. Do not use scouring powders or creams. These products are too abrasive and may scratch the surface. Toothpaste, acetone (nail polish remover), and drain cleaners can result in damage and are not recommended.
We recommend after cleaning, wax with Johnsons Paste Was or plain Carnuba wax.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BRASS OR SILVER CLEANERS OR ANY OVER THE COUNTER METAL CLEANERS AS THE REUSLTS MAY DISCOLOR THE BRONZE OR REMOVE THE FINISH IF THERE IS ONE.
CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS
Ann Norman welcomes custom order requests. If you have a pattern, theme, color, or are trying to match a finish on a piece of hardware that you already own, Ann Norman LLC will work with you to achieve your design goals and desired end look.
If you have a faucet or other hardware that you would like to have matched up, you may need to provide some additional information such as; manufacturer & item number if known, name of finish if known, and a photo of your faucet etc.
All custom order requests will be reviewed on an individual basis. All custom orders are subject to acceptance by Ann Norman LLC.
Allow 1-2 weeks for a custom order quote. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days.
Lead times for custom orders can take from 12 to 18 weeks depending on complexity of design, materials specified and specialty craftsman availability.
NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
No returns, for any reason, will be accepted without prior written authorization from Ann Norman LLC. All returns must include a copy the Return Authorization Letter. Products returned without a copy of the Return Authorization Letter will be refused and be sent back to shipper freight collect.
EACH VESSEL / BASIN WILL HAVE VARIATIONS IN COLOR, TEXTURE AND TONE WHICH ARE NOT FLAWS BUT NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF BRONZE AND ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE CAUSE FOR RETURN.
QUALITY WARRANTY
Ann Normal LLC inspects each product carefully. A video of each product before they are packaged and shipped will be taken and archived.
Ann Norman LLC will not be responsible for damage or mishandling by carrier or receiving warehouse.
All claims will be reviewed on an individual basis. Goods damaged in transit cannot be refused by the consignee and claims must be settled between the consignee and the carrier that caused damage. Customers, showrooms and receiving warehouses MUST inspect all products at the time of delivery. ALL damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading.
Damage discoveries both obvious and or concealed, must be reported in writing to the carrier in accordance with the applicable regulations and time statutes agreed to with the freight provider at the time arrangements were made. Failure to make a claim within 7 business days after receipt of damaged goods will constitute an “acceptance of goods” and waiver any such defects, damage or errors.
If Ann Norman LLC accepts your claim, it is at our sole discretion whether a replacement or repair is warranted.
BECAUSE PATINA FINISHES AND BRONZE (sealed and unsealed) CHANGE OVER TIME, PRODUCT FINISHES VARY DUE TO MANY VARIANTS AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
SOME VARIANTS ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
CLIMATE, MAINTENANCE, WATER QUALITLY, TOUCH, LOCATION / APPLICATION.
ANN NORMAN VESSELS ARE FUNCTIONAL ART AND LIKE ART, YOU MAY OPT TO HAVE YOUR BASIN / VESSEL REFINISHED IN THE FUTURE. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL FOR CURRENT REFINISHING PRICES AND LEAD TIMES. REFINISHING QUOTES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.
ANN NORMAN LLC WILL NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE ABUSE OR IMPROPER MAINTENANCE AND IMPROPER INSTALLATION.
ANN NORMAN LLC WILL NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR ANY CHARGES FOR LABOR IN THE REMOVAL OR REINSTALLATION OF PRODUCT.
ANN NORMAN LLC WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR OR COVER ANY POSTAGE, FREIGHT, OR SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXPENSES RELATED TO THE PRODUCT.
SHIPPING
USPS or common carrier unless other arrangements have been made by or requested by the customer or showroom. Shipments from Ann Norman will originate from Phoenix Arizona.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm that all ship-to address information is correct. SELLERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT TERINATES UPON ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIAL BY THE CARRIER.
SELLERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TERMINATES UPON DELIVERY BY THE CARRIER TO THE BUYER. UPON RECIEPT OF SHIPMENT, IT SHALL BE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK MATERIALS AND SECURE WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM DELIVERING CARRIER FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE.
LEAD TIMES
Production and lead times will begin upon receipt of deposit. Lead times will vary depending on product ordered. Lead times can also vary due to current production scheduling, and custom requests.
